Following her passions: Help others, education, lighting and get to know the world. Having had the chance to live and travel around the world and discover many countries and cultures. She has worked in non-profits, strategy consulting,government, management and technology.
Currently she is the Chief of Strategy Alliance for Tin Tin Foundation non-profit working to empower youth in rural areas affected for the armed conflict in Colombia, through education, leadership and entrepreneurial support.
Catalina was selected as iberoamerican leader for the Global Competitiveness Leadership programm at Georgetown University. Catalina is social entrepreneur director of AIESEC Alumni, impacting people around her with her ideas, empathy and happiness.
Catalina holds a M.A. in System Dynamics from University of Bergen in Norway and an B.A. in Manager Engineer from University National of Colombia. Participant of MCC15 United Nations; She is a professional with a solid background in management, systems, strategy, marketing, and lighting sector expert equipped with the ability to apply her knowledge, creativity and experience in a social, private, public context, possessed of leadership capacity to undertake new cores work. Passion, tolerance and discipline are her main values.
